Lumi Homes acquires sites for residential development and creates high-quality homes for both the public and private sectors. We utilise advanced off-site manufacturing technology, ensuring six times more quality checks, at least 40% lower embodied carbon, and 80% less waste. Our building systems are designed for greater energy efficiency and enable projects to be delivered up to 50% faster on site.
Founder
Lumi Homes was founded by Micheál Keohane, who brings extensive experience in property and construction. He previously served as Managing Director of a modular housing company and as a Director with a major multinational contractor. Micheál has also contributed to several Government advisory boards and delivered guest lectures at multiple Universities on topics such as innovation in construction and off-site manufacturing. With a Master’s degree in Engineering, he has a strong track record in establishing and scaling successful businesses.
